The best experience ever
The staff is sweet and very polite , the food is delicious and fresh and also the entire resort and hotel is extremely clean.
I loved my room with a stunning view to mountains. It's my last day and my heart is broken because I have to leave .

It has all the facilities presented to score 5*.
Problems we faced:
- breakfast, 3*, quite poor, no fruit, limited offer. Restocking with products is difficult.
- lack of staff at peak times, or on weekends, when events overlap, leads to high F waiting times.
- breakfast is served in the event hall, at tables for 10 people.
- at the restaurant, the bread is old, the dishes are not well washed (the soup had cream on the side and... Mustard).
- high prices, just like in big cities. Good thing it has no competition, it would lead to bankruptcy!
- waiting time at the restaurant, 1 hour plus!
- at the spa, only one employee. You can't be at the bar, cleaning and giving at the same time.
- the water in the pool leaves much to be desired, it has impurities and a dubious color

They basically asked us to leave
Afterwards they shut the lights off on our table. 15min later they came to ask if we'd like to pay by card pr cash with the bill
