The property has a 24-hour front desk, a terrace and a bar. Free private parking is possible on site. A bus stop is 700 metres away. Très agréable, très inattendu

Très récemment ouvert, le "Complex Fortuna" comporte un hôtel 3 étoiles et un établissement de cure (dont certaines facilités sont en train d'être mises place - dont notamment les deux piscines pour adultes et enfants). Tout est flambant neuf, ce qui procure un sentiment de bien être bien particulier (par exemple, la literie était pas seulement confortable mais aussi d'un blanc éclatant, ce que j'ai rarement vu, même dans des hôtels de grand standing).
- une équipe très jeune et enthousiaste, désireuse de remédier aux difficultés inhérentes du début (attention, tout de même, aux petits détails qui font parfois la différence!!!). Pourvu que ça dure!
- positionnement dans un des endroits les plus tranquilles d'Eforie sud, ce qui procure des conditions de repos bien agréables (silence total, à part quelques patrouilles aériennes).
- l'établissement se trouve à une distance moyenne de la plage - 10 minutes à pied et 3-4 en voiture (chrono en main).
- très bon rapport qualité-prix sur un séjour de 8 nuitées. Le petit déjeuner continental était inclus et on avait à choisir entre 6 formules (juillet 2014)
- j'y reviendrai à coup sûr!
- à Eforie sud, des travaux d'aménagement public sont en cours. Il y a une rue pietonne avec des restaurants et des magasins qui proposent tous presque la même marchandise. Les prix pratiqués par ces magasins sont démesurément grands (parfois deux fois supérieurs, voire plus, à ceux pratiqués dans les grandes villes). Toutefois, les prix d'Eforie Sud sont moindres par rapport à ceux d'Eforie Nord voisine. Très peu de restaurants ou de magasins acceptent des tickets resto.

Services were not good at all! Sorry for the hotel..but the services were bad!!

The hotel was ok, but services were not good at all! We arrived at 13.00 and they were not able to provide us anything to eat...we were forced to go and search for food somewhere else.
In the next morning we were at lunch with a delay of 15 mins and they did not want to serve us at all, even we had lunch included and payed for it..they did not serve us neither coffee or tea...very bad and stupid services...and again we were forced to go across the street..to search for food or coffee.
I was disappointed about the services because the hotel looks nice. Rooms are ok..but when you are on vacation..You pay for the services and they take your money and offer you nothing..Than..you have a strange stupid feeling.

Nice place

It has been a nice place to stay for one night. The staff was very helpful starting with all the details about accommodation, wireless connection details to breakfast menu. The room was very nice, clean, the bathroom also clean and big. An AC would be an excellent plus and one/two little chairs on the balcony. I saved the location to my fav for a next visit. :)
