Cold visit

It was very could during the night . Outside were 0 degrees Celsius and the heat worked only from 20:00 to 22:00. No extra blankets were provided in the room. Small rooms that were clean but that smell.

Nice hospitality

Room was smaller, but it's Romania. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and well designed. Think the wallpaper was NYC skyline.
We were quickly checked in staying two nights.
Breakfast was decent and you could order, for example, and omelet.

Good people, building is wanting

The hotel is about 1.5km out of town, easy to find, large car park.
They were undergoing renovation when we were there (it needs it) but this meant lots of extra dust, a cramped temporary reception and there was only workers actually working on one day of our 5 day stay.
It’s the little things that make a hotel: very small bathroom, terribly inconsistent internet, taps in sink and shower have hot and cold different ways round, broken hair-drier, random replacement of free bottled water...
But... the staff we encountered were all wonderfully helpful. Without their efforts, the rating would have been lower.

Well...

Plus: nice personnel, easy to find, event hall big and good looking, good food
Minus: here's the point why only poor rating. Black mold in the shower, room not cleaned well, bathroom small and very old. When you sit on toilet, the lid falls on your back During shower water leaks from the floor. Bad bad bad.
Our friends asked to change rooms because of terrible smell.
Will not return.
