Great hotel, clean, friendly staff!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and there was no loud music coming from the restaurant as others are stating. The staff was super friendly, they accomodated all our demands (and were not Just a few:) ). The rooms are big (I saw more than one), clean, there are enough supplies in the room, hair drier, the beds are awesome, and everything is new (the hotel was built a year ago). It says 3 stars, but comfort wise it’s definetly a 4 (minus the elevator).
Breakfast is table served, you get 5 options of breakfast you can choose from. They have a nice and friendly terrace outside the restaurant where smoking is allowed. There’s a private parking and great wifi.
The hotel is not near Iasi city center but I was ok with that since we had a car. It’s actually nice that you don’t need to hit any traffic.
Is one of the few hotels where the pictures match the reality.
Is not a big hotel, but is warm and cozy, and probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to.

loud music, rude staff

They gave me a room directly above the restaurant, then insulted me when I asked them to either move me or turn the music down. They have speakers in the ceiling of the restaurant, and play really crappy techno music from morning to midnight. I got woken up to it. I tried to explain the situation to the reception and she told me "this is a hotel, not a hospital." So apparently this place thinks its normal to subject guests to techno music at all hours of the night and day. The hotel might check all the boxes to be "4 stars" but the experience given to customers is like a village bar without the charm. The very basic you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars is to let people have a quiet night sleep. But apparently that's an outrageous request at this place.

Too noisy

Some of the rooms are fairly decent, but there doesn't seem to be a single place in this hotel that you aren't inundated with loud music, reception noise, or cars honking, sirens, etc. The music playing in the restaurant is so loud that even at maximum volume, the music overpowers the sound of the news in my room. I got woken up in the morning because apparently it’s very imperative for them to play techno music in the morning. I asked them to change rooms and insisted I couldn’t hear anything. Other rooms are as if you’re staying in a basement or prison.

Very very clean and beautiful hotel

I fully recomand this location. VERY clean hotel, room service with changing towels every morning. Very very nice smell in the room! I stayed 4 nights there. Not swedish buffet breakfast but very good, with table service. Kind staff. I fully recomand for tourism and business both. Very good position for business accomodations.

Impossible to get via gps maps

Very nice and politefull staff. Unfortunatelly the position is across a medicine factory outside Iasi on the direction to Roman. Google maps and Waze indicate other locations for this hotel.
The walls are thin and one can hear almost every noise from the lobby and neighbouring rooms. The drainage of the water from shower tube is bad. The restaurant offer is, for the moment, poor for dinner.
Large parking place.
If some things could be for sure improved, the position will remain the same.
