Avalon Rooms je službeno licencirani smještajni objekt smješten u središtu Oradee, 5 minuta hoda od Trga Unirii i Gradske vijećnice. Sve sobe imaju HD LED TV, klima-uređaj i besplatni WiFi.

Nice place
I rate 4 stars as we did not had toillet paper but some paper towels (like 5 ) as we arrived after the reception scheduale we could not request one. However I liked the place, the room was small but clean and cosy, the shower is big and great. Is located nearby city center in a quite and nice area. Considering the price i found the accomodation as being a nice place to sleep. Maybe they can put an ashtray at the building entrance, if you are a smoker is tricky as the nearest trash is at 100m.

good location , good value
the location is very good, near unirii square , 7-8 minutes by walk .
there are markets nearby, restaurants (queens , i ate a very good pizza here) ;
the rooms are a bit small but super clean and the bed is comfortable.
the internet wi-fi didn t worked when i was here, i tried many times but useless..
the price is low and i think is a good value as a hotel , even is not the greatest is clean and near the center of the Oradea.

...the Hotel is much too close to the tramway... I couldn't sleep so I had find another place to stay.... Simply horrible...I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to get a proper sleep ... The manager was not nice and refused to reimburse my money back

We don't know who you are, we don't know even if your were our costumer, we don't know why it took you almost 6 month to express your "review"(maybe to make it harder for us to identify something that did not happened).
Instead, we do know, that we could not find any connection to a possible event that you mention, any link to a possible costumer with your data, we are also, absolutely sure that no costumer had ever requested a reimburse (you claim that we refused a reimburse request) or leave the location before, forced by noise or other discomfort.
We do know and this is a fact, that our location, being in the middle of the city on a major route, passed by trams, is not a quiet one and we always mention this, but, we also know that the trams don't work between 00:00 and 5:30, and maybe, if you realy stayed here, you knew that too...
We also know that all the tourists that realy stayed at AVALON Rooms, expressed positive impressions.
The issue is that, trying to respect the freedom of online opinion expression, Tripadvisor allow anybody to write anything about anyone at anytime, as in your case...

Good value for the money
We stayed here for one night.
Plus: The room and the bathroom were clean.
Minus: There was no toilet paper, and even if we stayed for one night, we needed some...
The people from the other rooms were very noisy, we woke up a couple of times during the night because of the noise. Even if there is a non-smoking sign, I think they were also smoking, I am not a smoker and I could feel the cigar smell...

Good location
Very good location - close to city centre. Nice and clean interior, the room was with air-conditioning. There is nobreakfast served at weekends. Reception open only at some hours, otherwise the staff does not speak English.

The parking is free of charge every day, from 17:00-08:00, and throughout the week-ends, from Friday 17:00 until Monday 08:00. There is free inner court parking available for the Triple and Twin room guests. We have a self-check-in system in place, guests are provided prior arrival, with all the details regarding the check-in procedure. Reception services at location & phone between 08:00-13:00, only by phone or messages between 13:00-22:00 Our location is equipped with smoke detectors and smoking is strictly prohibited in all internal areas! For any violation of this rule, a minimum 100EUR fee will be charged to the guest.
