Very, very good hotel and restaurant!
Everybody is so serviceminded, professional and kind! Especially We Will mention Ramona in the reception and Adriana in the restaurant! The were exceptional!!!

Some of the disappointment came more from the city than the hotel. The fortress had great potential for a standout Christmas market, but heavy regulations limited vendors and made the experience feel underwhelming.
We were not informed in advance that the main restaurant would be closed on Christmas Day for a private event, despite communicating our holiday stay. We were seated upstairs instead; the food was okay but not memorable, and there are better dining options in town. Service was inconsistent—when ordering a hunter’s charcuterie board, the server couldn’t explain what meats were being served.
We stayed in the presidential apartment, which was clean, very warm, and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. However, a neighboring room had a noticeable sewage odor, which was disappointing.
Overall, a solid stay with room for improvement in communication and service.

Comfortable rooms
The hotel is popular with tourist groups. When we went for breakfast after an early rush much of the buffet had been devoured and replenishing the dishes was slow.

Could do better
Rooms need urgent renovation, many things are destroyed or dirty or just not functioning. Cleaning could be better, old problematic air conditioning, bad quality TV.
