Excellent hotel

Alex is a very friendly and helpful person, speaks good Italian. The hotel is well placed to visit the medieval village, which is within walking distance. It has free parking, good breakfast and comfortable room.
Sighisoara is the most beautiful medieval village in Romania!!

Well maintained hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms, very welcoming reception area and a lovely little covered terrace and garden to the rear.
The rooms had coffee pod machines, but there were only coffee pods on the first day, they were not replenished.
Hotel very close to the town centre and the staff very friendly and professional.

They charged me for the room when I entered the hotel, even though I said I had already paid. I said I had already paid, but I was told that I would get a refund through hotels.com. When I reported the situation to Hotels officials, they lied to me that I smoked in the room and tore the sheet even though I did not smoke. They said they would not pay. Shame on you. Do not go. Fraudsters
