Great hotel

Friendly, warm welcome from the manager who allowed an early check in
No issue when asked to change rooms (we wanted a balcony)
Warm and inviting hot tub
Comfy big beds
Delicious food
The pools look lovely but weren't open will be back to test them out
Walking distance to the salt mine which is the best

Bedbug room 22 13.10.2025

I booked one night and saw that there were bedbugs. After I was bitten we looked under the mattress and it was full of old traces of bedbug infestation. Checked the area of the pillows and bedside tables next to the bed. We left immediately and they gave us our money back at the reception, it is very dangerous to get rid of the bedbug infestation because there is a lot of carpet and wood

Music too loud

The salt water is very nice. The place is clean and are enough beds and umbrellas. The only thing that was bothering was that the music was extremely loud.

Clean rooms, but lack comfy beds and poor showers

The hotel needs some upgrades,
It was clean, but the beds were not comfy and the shower head needed replacing.
There was a very limited amount of food choices and also wines
The staff were very young and very nice and helpful
The out side area was lovely with a pool and a salt pool.
It was a pity that more money and care couldn’t be spent as it could be a great place to stay

Is ok...Is simple

Staff are friendly.Receptionist speaking English.
Rooms are good. And have AC as well.
Swimming pools nice.
Food is good, but the range of drinks are limited, which is not so good. Shots/coctails barely have. Food description they could improve. I can't eat chilli and was not mentioned.
Overall is nice but things need to improve.
