Great place for family recreation

Fresh fish, great owners, beautiful place, very quiet with a big yard that has swings and parking area.
The meals are cooked with fish raised in their own backyard. It is really amazing and relaxing. I would definitely return here

Tasty food but lack of service

Even though we were the only customers and made a 30 min in advance reservation, our food arrived 2 hours after being ordered.
Neverless to say the person that answered the phone is the same one taking the order, preparing the food and bringing it to the table.

Avoid if not necessary or come when others dont't

Good things: location
Bad things: the rest. Avoid if not necessary. We booked 2 rooms and we could not sleep beacuse of another group of people partying and yelling until 4 am. No reception or admin staff to call. Very thin walls, free smoking in the dining hall, yelling and bottles made as regret coming here. No free-smoking rooms-people before used to smoke inside.

A retreat in the serenity of nature, a return to the traditions of old shepard families

I arrived here for the first time in May and returned with the first ocasion, being again with work travelling in June. I enjoyed the retreat this place can offer, being in the middle of nature at the margin of Vaideeni village, close to the Capatanii Mountains, the clean accommodation and the hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts. The price is correct and I will surely go back when I'll have the ocasion. The village and entire region is very rich in traditions and with locals valuing and very keen on keeping them. Ask the hosts to tell you more of the story of Vaideeni villagers! As varia, during my second visit I found out that even King Michael, the last king of Romania, visited the place (Moara Viselor, yes) around 20 years ago, during his visit to Vaideeni. :)

We just ate there - it was fantastic.

All just fresh and tasty with low prices
Two comments:
1. You must coordinate in advance because this is a small pension that buys fresh food only based on pre-order. They have a small sumner vegetables garden and their owen fish (trout / forel / pastrav) which in summer/early automn will provide incomparable fresh garden to dish food but rest is in low stocks.
2. The place is not a huge commercial with means that in exchange for their very personal and warm service you will have to pay with some wating time until food is ready.
I think it worth it big time but it is an individual choice and sometimes you are on the run so take these poi ts into acvount.
Bottom line - loved the place and the area and the people working there, the fresh food and low prices.
