The perfect family refuge

I don’t often write emotional reviews. We have, however, stayed in enough hotels to have a pretty clear sense of what good service and hospitality mean.
And for that very reason, this was the first time we arrived somewhere with no special expectations, thinking it was “just a place to stay,” waiting for the snow… and ended up being welcomed with such warmth that it felt like stepping into an extended family.
I’ll leave it to you to discover the amazing food, the activities the place is already known for, or the beautiful horses you’ll ride through Cerna. One thing is certain: beyond the great time spent surrounded by everything the Cerna Valley has to offer, you’ll leave with a promise made to your new friends, Adi and Maria: to come back and continue the stories over a drink.
Hint: definitely choose the red wine, and get your karaoke lyrics ready. Adi is a great guitarist, and the evening comes to life faster than you expect.

DO NOT GO, THEY WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT EXPLANATION

They cancelled our reservation for a larger group, when we were almost there, with a small child after me, and when we requested another room, at least with breakfast, they insulted us and hung up on us. I absolutely do not recommend, I have never encountered such frivolity!! Shame on you

I don't recommend, complety unprofessional

Nu va recomand absolut deloc. Neseriosi, ne-au anulat rezervarea pentru ca i-a intrat un grup mai mare pe ultima suta de metri si ne-a pus degeaba la drum de 450km. Nu s-a putut gasi intelegere in rezolvarea problemei, ba mai mult nu mai raspund la telefon. Doamna de la receptie nu a vrut sa-mi faca legatura cu patronul si ne-a sfidat.
Astfel de oameni neserioșe nu fac cinste turismului romanesc.
I absolutely do not recommend them. Completely unprofessional—they canceled our reservation because a larger group showed up at the last minute, making us travel 450 km for nothing. There was no willingness to find a solution to the problem, and, even worse, they stopped answering the phone. The lady at the reception refused to connect me with the owner and treated us with disdain.
Such unreliable people bring shame to Romanian tourism.

A dreaming weekend...

The location of the A cottages is very quiet, early in the morning we saw deer inside, the traditional food is very good at the guesthouse restaurant, the atmosphere is very nice, many facilities for all tastes...
