Wonderful and N3morabke

We loved the Savoy in Moscow… felt like we were living a dream with music played in the breakfast restaurant. Staff were excellent. Close to Red Square… just a delightful walk.

Great location.. friendly staff daniel and archum are the best so are the rest of the staff were very helpful.. room are clean aminities are available will be my choice for sure whenever i come to moscow again thank u for making our stay easy and enjoyable

Didn't like it at all.

I didn't like it. The room was very cold because of the automatic air conditioning system at night. The pool is chilling! We were excited when we came to the pool and saw we were alone! But then we realized why! Water 25 degrees (that's what it says on the pool board) . I was very cold, shivering, though I didn't swim for long. No service with swimwear presses and sunbeds by the pool for relaxation, of course, we are not talking here! Breakfast is really bad! Very very!!!We came at 10.00 (breakfast is until 11.00). There was 1 kind of cheese (and that's the worst, cheapest) that you would never buy in a store for money. I was nuts when I saw it, to be honest). Boiled eggs ran out and told them to wait 8-10 minutes (but at the end of breakfast they were never delivered). One type of bad red fish with a vein in the middle, you also have to ask to bring it (since the tray is empty, but the sign is there). There was only one man. My husband said he wanted more by watering it in a condensed water. After a while, they did. But, you know, you have to ask for all this and wait patiently for permission to bring it in. There was no orange juice - ask for it and wait a long time. Plus, there are plenty of waiters! They're all doing nothing with disgruntled and grim faces. We've stayed so many times in five-star hotels in Moscow! I didn't even think I could face this! There's not even tea! I ordered green tea. He's gone. Just mint and a bag! Just a cheap bag that's wrapped on a whole kettle! How is that? Well, please put one green and one black leaf! It's a base! It's a shame.

The hotel location is prefect and the staff are helpful. The problem I had with this hotel was the WiFi. It doesn’t work anywhere and non existent in the room.

Worthy of a 5.

We only stayed for one night. Unfortunately, the arrival time was not populated. Room facilities are very good. There is a bathroom in the basic room, there is even salt for the actual baths (it is not common even in 5 such excesses are found). Big pool, normal gym. Location - 7 minutes to Red Square.
