For your money, a nice hotel.
Standard ibis, for accommodation on business trip has everything you need, air conditioning. Acceptable room rate. A very comfortable bed. Cleaning every day. Cooler on the floor, cold and hot water. Convenient traffic interchange. Polite staff.

Most unclient-oriented hotel
A hotel with no client orientation
I've never seen that in any hotel. I was at the hotel, calling Yandex Food Quarry. It's like a normal hotel to a room to go up a distance, but ok, whatever. Only when the courier arrived, I wasn't at the hotel yet, I asked to leave it at the reception and arrived for 10 minutes and picked it up. And the front desk said we can't keep the food delivered, claiming they have some responsibility. Just the Stone Age. I've never seen worse customer orientation. Never coming to this hotel again.

Сотрудники службы приема и размещения действовали согласно внутренним правилам отеля, которые главным образом направлены на обеспечение безопасности проживающих гостей.И именно поэтому незарегистрированные в отеле гости не могут подниматься на жилые этажи. Также, служба приема и размещения не оборудована специальным местом хранения пищевых продуктов и не имеет права принимать их от гостей на хранение, так как это противоречит общим правилам пищевой безопасности. Clean, cozy, polite staff, nearby park, shop, stop
Hey, everybody! I want to review the Ibis Samara Hotel. It was only 24 hours, but the experience is very pleasant.
She lived on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Volga River. Room's clean. The bed is snow white. Everything you need is available. Fully consistent with the claimed three stars.
Special thanks to the smiley reception staff. They moved in quickly, all without delay.
The only thing I can't say about breakfast is I didn't go to it. Next time I live there, I'll be sure to finish the food review too.
In general, I strongly recommend this hotel

Weekend in Samara
Small but comfortable rooms, convenient location and delicious breakfasts.
Every floor of the cooler, day and night, has cold water and boiling water.
The staff are young but very charming and trying to help.
I'll definitely come back here next time!

When choosing a hotel she called twice, before booking and immediately after when it was still possible to cancel without penalty, she said nothing about the renovation, although she warned that with a small child. Daughter couldn't sleep, went down to the front desk, asked for work to stop, manager sent far and long. Said "we had an ad hanging on the elevator, you were warned" Hello, I'm from out of town (it's a hotel!) how could I see the ad in your elevator???? When I get here, I can't cancel anything, it's all paid for. There's a notice on the front desk that says until 3 p.m., but I'm told it's the old one, drill all we want. Don't like it, we can move it one floor up, but for puncher sounds, you know nothing about it.
The room itself is small, the beds creak, the floor creaks, the door creaks wildest. Nothing normally eaten in hotels is provided, just slippers, towels and soap. No outlet in the mirror. Under the beds, dust, it is understandable, asked to clean the room, cleaned only the bathroom. My towel wiped the floor. Personally, I don't care, I didn't say anything, but for the record. Paul's icy linoleum, I think First-timer I've seen it, usually carpeted after all. The temperature in the room is in two variants: the cold burp pounding teeth and nothing to breathe. Because the thermostat operates at temperatures below +20 or not at all, with which the ventilation is shut off. Which means it gets stuffy and humidity increases. The bathroom hood is one name.
Parking for a surcharge, dental kit too, breakfasts 850p per person (there is something to eat, but their money is not worth it and every day is the same), the surcharge must seem for every sneeze. By the way, there is no way to warm food, in the bar children's food (in the absence of a children's menu) warmed purely out of the kindness of the heart, at all said not allowed. That is, you can't order food in some Yandex shop, only a restaurant with a mediocre menu and horses, here as everywhere else, prices. There is no other catering available on foot, only the restaurant of a nearby hotel. Works, by the way, despite "24/7" until 11.30 p.m., then that's it, sit hungry.
