Great hotel
For the second year, I was on vacation in this hotel. She rested from November 3 to November 16. I love everything about the hotel. Convenient location: nearby drinking gallery, close park. Cozy, clean rooms. Friendly and friendly hotel staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Special thanks to administrators Irina and Igor. If I can next year I'll come back for a holiday.

Great hotel.
She rested from November 14 to 24. It's all very well. Friendly hotel staff, good accommodation, fresh and delicious food. If I can come again.

Objective feedback
Rested in November 24 years. Disgusting everything: the room was not cleaned (only the trash was taken out). There's a broken shower in the bathroom, then you wait five minutes for it to finally heat up because of the boiler... Pleasure is even more... The equipment numbers are all morally obsolete. About nutrition separate conversation: choice, understandably, no... Chickens are 10 years full. Salads are served on plastic trays. Anyway, you walk in and your appetite is completely gone. I'd rather only make breakfast, but it's decent. It's clear that everyone is within their means, but it's so sweet to save money on everything... Of the pluses - only a good location: nearby springs and mud sanatorium. The park is within walking distance. Hosts need to think about their concept.

I'd like to share my experience of relaxing at this hotel. My wife and I have spent more than 10 years each year at the KRASOTEL (the hotel next door). This year, unfortunately, there were no rooms available and decided to book a room in Espero. Relaxed at this hotel from 19 to 26 September 2024. The room was booked on the hotel's website in the 2nd building "Caucasus" with a balcony of 24 sq.m. allegedly 3 rooms. As usual, everything is beautiful on the site. Actually (room 3) it is a room 3.5x4 m, bathroom 2x2 and hallway 1x1.5 m and that's it. In the hallway, there's no outerwear rack where to hang it. The cabinet is bifold and 6 different caliber shoulders, including wire. The air conditioning comes on, but it doesn't warm (it's a little cold in the room, they wanted to turn it on for heating, but it wasn't here, by the way, it doesn't plough on cooling either). Hole tulle, curtain cut, refrigerator - cube with sides about 50 cm. Bed with pushed mattress. The bedside table is one and the same bottom drawer with no bottom, the bedside lamps (bra) are not. Towels are changed once every 4 days along with bed linen. Although they position themselves as a 4* hotel. Although in 4* hotels changing towels daily is mandatory. After the question at the reception, the towels were replaced (but only once). According to the manager (unfortunately, I don't know the name, but he's the only man there) - the owner only needs money, and he's all overworked, and electrician and plumber and someone. Although when they said we had a curtain cut and needed fixing - he promised to come with the stepladder personally and do everything, but in a week no one showed up. From the dishes in the room: two cups, two teaspoons, two different saucers, two glasses, salad bowl and ONE plate. No knives, no tablespoons, no corkscrew opener. Not to mention tea, coffee, sugar and drinking water bottles (that's probably the realm of fiction for this hotel).
Now for breakfast - BUFFET:
Well, what to say is very, very scarce and monotonous.
2-3 salads, same daily. We'd come in for breakfast 30 or 40 minutes before the end - the salads are almost intact. I didn't take the risk of trying them myself. They're probably in the fridge and resting for breakfast the next day.
Porridge of one kind (almost always semolina), sausages (cheapest), a case of sausages (from yesterday's undernourished sausages), cheese plates, butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, compote, tea and honey. Oh, yes, two kinds of sliced sausage boiled and half-smoked and boiled eggs. No baked goods, shop (again the cheapest) cookies. There is no dried fruit.
For comparison, the approximate menu of Krassotel last year (just don't remember in detail very many items):
- porridge (seed and herculean)
- Sour milk drinks and yogurt
- sour cream
- milk
- honey
- condensed
- oil
- tea, coffee (cereal and instant)
- 3-4 salads
- sausages
- patties
- scrambler (scrambled eggs
- meat frying,
- fried fish
- cabbage stewed
- meat cuts (sausage, ham, etc.)
- side dishes: potato(s), rice, pasta, buckwheat.
- Baking is different.
- fruit: watermelon, melon, apples, plums, nectarines, peaches, grapes.
- a large selection of different dried fruits.
That's what I remember, but I'm sure a third of the positions didn't.
Conclusion: not another foot in the Espero Hotel. This hotel isn't exactly a 4*, it's not a 3* in my opinion. In general, I don't advise anyone to rest in it unless you want to ruin your vacation. It's better to rent an apartment and prepare yourself than a service like theirs, at least half as cheap.

Rest is not happy
Holidaying with her husband on August 13-23. The impressions are very bad.
Pros: center, near spring, park. Wonderful administrator Igor!
Cons: in the heat (+ 38 - 43°) the air conditioning did not work, spoke to the owner of the establishment - zero emotion, only promises. I had to buy a floor fan, which was not foreseen by me.There was no swimming pool, but until 23.00 there is a cafe with "soulful" songs of all times and peoples. They didn't have time to clean the rooms because there weren't enough staff (the Owner saves money, apparently). Not a foot in there again.
