Very good service

I love when you go to the pool they ask what you want to order and Alexander is the most very nice person and he gives very good service he always helps us with what we need thank you Alexander very good service.

Disaster.

In El Salvador with family for a two night stay at this hotel; showed up and they had simply given our CONFIRMED reservation away to somebody else with no prior warning. They said their policy is to overbook the hotel and that there is a possibility that they will give your room away, even if you have a confirmed reservation. I should have known when I saw the one star reviews; I was hoping our experience would be different. Not worth it, don’t do it.

The staff 10/10

I want to start by saying that the views are a spectacle, the pools a beauty, the staff super kind, a special greeting for Wilmer and Rocío who were super attentive and made our stay and experience very beautiful, the food was delicious, without a doubt a place that I would recommend and to which I will return soon.

Not worth it.

I paid $300 a night and what a waste.
1. They don’t have hot water. Why charge $300 a night when you cannot provide the basic hotel need of hot water. Not sure if it is true. But the front desk said thats the norm of the hotel. So either they are lying to me and they are lazy and don’t want to give me a room with hot water, or the hotels is a waste.
2. They are letting the hotel go. They are not maintaining the metal work. Everything is getting oxidized (lamps and metal). They don’t clean the glass of the pool area (like the panels) it looks dirty and ugly. How is this a luxury purchase when I have been to cleaner cheaper hotels.
3. They don’t provide cribs. For $300 a night they don’t provide cribs. That’s crazy.
4. They don’t allow early check in. And don’t get me wrong, all the places we stayed during our vacation had the same rule. But every single one of them allowed us early check in (mind you, Acantilados was the most expensive.
5. The service, I don’t know why but all this servers look sad and upset. I have been tipping so that they treat me better, but it should not be that way.

Super good.

My favorite restaurant, there is a very nice and friendly host, if I remember correctly its name is Rocio, the attention 10/10.
