It was a pleasant stay, the room was clean with an amazing view. The hotel is close to almost everything. But we faced one problem the parking area is too small and when I came in the afternoon to park my car, one of the tires touched the parking curb and what I didn’t know is that it was just repainted, as a result the tire was painted yellow and it was rented car. + I don’t think rush hour is good timing for repainting the parking curb, it should have been when people are sleeping so it can dry. The hotel claimed that it’s my problem and the only thing I asked for is if they can clean the tire, but instead they gave me a one day breakfast that I didn’t need or go to.

Good Stay in a Convenient Location
I stayed at Centro Rotana Al Khobar for 10 days during a business trip as a solo traveler. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again for a short visit to the city.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. There are several restaurants and food options within walking distance, and a good shopping mall is located just across the street, which is very convenient after a long day at work.
The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Housekeeping and laundry services were efficient, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel facilities are also well maintained, including a small but nice swimming pool, a cozy gym, spa facilities, and dining options on both the ground floor and rooftop.
Breakfast was decent, although vegetarian options were somewhat limited. As a Jain vegetarian, I found that many bakery and bread items contained eggs. However, after discussing my dietary requirements with the team, they made an effort to accommodate my needs after a few days, which I greatly appreciated. Fresh fruits, juices, and salads were always available.
There were a couple of issues with my room. The bathroom had a water drainage problem, which was promptly fixed after I reported it. However, there was occasionally a noticeable cigarette smell despite the room being designated as non-smoking. While the team tried to assist, the issue wasn't completely resolved during my stay.
Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives. The convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable facilities made for a good experience.
If you're visiting Al Khobar for a business trip or a short stay and are looking for a hotel in a convenient location with good amenities, Rotana is definitely worth considering.

Highly Recommend
I have stayed in various hotels in Khobar/Dhahran/Dammam during my 17 years in this part of the world and have to say Centro is by far the best. Staff are professional and friendly, the hotel is clean and modern and there is a great choice of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Khobar.

The hotel service are sufficient for business travelers and the staff are mostly on point when it comes to the provision of the needed services
