Fantastic location, moved from Azzizziyi and this was the best decision we made. Comfortable, modern & clean. Could not ask for anything else
I have extended and will be rebooking after Haj duties. Staff are great, aircon great, everything was great

I checked out after only one night because the hotel was not as described!

I checked out after only one night because the hotel was not as described.
The location information was misleading. The hotel was described as being 1.2 miles from Masjid Al Haram, but in practice the walking distance to the Haram entrance was much longer and not practical for my family.
The shuttle service was also not as expected. It did not go directly to Masjid Al Haram, but only to Al-Masfalah parking area. From there, we still had to walk around 15–25 minutes to reach the Haram.
The walking route was unsafe and inconvenient, including crossing busy roads near a highway ramp. The shuttle schedule was limited and did not fit well with prayer times.
I checked out early and asked for a refund for the unused nights, but no refund was provided. The hotel also refused to provide written proof of my early check-out.
Overall, the hotel was not suitable for my family, and I would not have booked it if the actual distance and shuttle arrangement had been clearly explained.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is not far from Al Haram, and they provide a free shuttle bus to Al Haram approximately every hour, which makes getting there very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would definitely stay here again.

I have given a 3 star because there were a few things that brought it down. Firstly no one replies to you on Expedia, email or there million what’s aap numbers. Second, the bathroom shower holder broke when placed and the door doesn’t slide you really have to pull it close. Third, when asking for some more teabags and milk I got told to get it from the shop which meant I had to pay for it. I shouldn’t have to pay it should be replenished. Fourth, the area is good although there’s men gathered in the evening which made me uncomfortable to walk to and fro. Fifth, the haram bus doesn’t not stop you at haram you still need to walk 20 mins!
Positives, it’s really easy to walk to haram which takes 25mins not 15 as they tell you. The staff are all really friendly. Would I stay again? Maybe but only if I had to.
