Brunch Worth It for the Service Alone

Had a fantastic brunch at the Cedar Rooftop Restaurant at the Fairmont Riyadh. The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service.
Shiha, our server, performed outstandingly—attentive, witty, friendly, and professional throughout. The restaurant manager, Maher, was amazing as well, making sure everything was perfect and that we felt well taken care of.
Great food, even better service. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of staying two nights at Fairmont Hotel Riyadh, From the moment I arrived, everything was immaculately clean, perfectly organized, and handled with the highest level of professionalism.
The hospitality was exceptional warm, genuine, and consistent throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality, presentation, and variety. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, which made the experience so comfortable and memorable.
Professionalism and kindness, Chef Man for the outstanding food, and to Natasha, James, Omar, Rashid, and Rayan for their incredible service and attention to detail. Even the team members whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch were extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
