Good stay!

Flying into Yanbu at around 9pm, and I got a text from the hotel wanting to know whether I will be showing up. It was sent an hour or so ago as I was flying in. I answered yes. When I got there, I was told that my room was sold to someone else. So instead, they provided me a different room...more like 2 rooms - a bedroom and a living room, with 2 bathrooms. I was fine with that, except it got some issues with toilet tank couldn't stop running water and the shower drained slowly. Reported to them the next morning, and they fixed them quickly. Also, I didn't get any hot water (I forgot to tell them as the cool water was fine on this warm weather). The restaurant wasn't running, so I would call them in the morning and they will bring breakfast. It's a very basic, local breakfast with beans, hummus, bread, egg, veggies, and a bottle of water. There is no room cleaning during the 3 night stay, which didn't bother me that much. Although this is a non smoking hotel, I did smell cigarettes occasionally. There were only two hangers in the closer when I arrived and I had to request for more. The bed is comfortable. There is a gym on the top floor, but it only has a few equipment.
It's walking distance to the old town. There are parking in the front. Also, they allowed me to checkout at 7:30pm as I had a late flight out. Overall, this is a basic hotel and served the purpose.

Molto vicino a Historical Yanbu,pulito ed economico

Ottimo hotel per visitare Yanbu.Il centro storico si raggiunge a piedi.
Il personale gentile e parla inglese.
L’arredamebto é nuovo e pulito.Buona la qualità degli asciugamani. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo (compreso dì colazione e parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura-non custodito).
Molto consigliato.

الفندق بشكل عام جيد وخيار مناسب أتمني فقط المزيد من الإهتمام والتحسين في بعض النقاط

موقع الفندق يتميز بوجودة في منطقة متوسطة بين البلد والهيئة وسهولة الوصول إلى أي منهما بشكل سريع ومباشر.
- الأخوة العاملين جدا خلوقين وخدومين.
- النظافة في عموم الفندق ممتازة.
- سهولة إجراءات تسجيل الدخول.
- تطبيق الإجراءات الحترازية لكافة الزائرين.
مواقف السيارات محدودة لعدد الغرف التي في الفندق بشكل عام.
- الفندق يصنف بى 3 نجوم وبناء عليه المفترض توفير خدمات إضافية في داخل الغرف منها أدوات العناية الشخصية ولم تكون توفرة.
- يتم إغلاق الإضاءات في كافة مدخل الفندق في الفترة المسائية (بعد الساعة 12م) مما يعطي أنطباع غير جيد.
- بعض الإضاءات والأدوات داخل الغرفة لا تعمل.
- الإفطار محدود من حيث الأصناف والكميات.
