Good but a renovation is needed

Beautiful location on a beautiful beach in Saly. Very welcoming staff.
We were upgraded to the floating rooms... well we asked to change after 10 minutes. Very small room no room to store suitcases, a mini closet of 40 cm and no shelf... in short we had a larger room much more comfortable. The hotel is aging and it’s time to renovate because it will decrepit. It is not at all up to a 5 star... on the other hand the buffet is excellent pity that the best dishes are offered than we. No animators only music in the evening. They announce aqua aerobics and yoga only that we had twice in 10 days..
In short fortunately the Senegalese are extremely welcoming and kind.

Family stay

Reception: friendly and attentive staff.
Room: spacious, comfortable bedding, large bathroom but deserves a little rejuvenation.
Swimming pool: perfect towel service, nice and available staff.
Restaurant: Just perfect food. Staff not always attentive.
Beach: great bar, armchairs deserve a little new.
Spa: very good service, treatments and massages top.
Very satisfied with my stay.

Good but not a 5 star

Several really old and unmaintained places, especially in the bathroom ( see photos ). On the other hand when we arrived in the room there was no fridge (so no water ) or hangers in the cabinet. An oversight? We had to claim. The pool is good but ladies bathe in it all dressed ....Medium for a 5 stars. Pros: food . Excellent.

Lovely beach but hotel needs improvement

We arrived to the sound of extensive building works in the reception area. Check-in was slow. The floating rooms are small and in a green, relatively stagnant pond.
