In love with this hotel from the check-in moment
I can speak about this hotel only in superlatives. From the moment we checked in, everything felt smooth, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Our double room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need to unwind — comfortable beds, great insulation, and thoughtful amenities.
The hotel’s attention to detail is remarkable. Cleanliness is outstanding everywhere you look. The pool quickly became my favorite spot: long, crystal clear, and mostly shaded, which is perfect for Singapore’s weather. The poolside showers and restrooms are spotless and surprisingly comfortable. I loved the little herb garden next to the terrace — such a charming, Singapore‑inspired touch.
Breakfast was a highlight: generous, fresh, and delicious, with both Asian and continental options. Service was excellent, and you can enjoy your meal either indoors or outside in the garden. We were also grateful that the hotel let us stay at the pool after check‑out, which made our late flight so much easier.
The location worked well for us — a small mall with a big food court and supermarket is right next door, and although the MRT isn’t immediately nearby, the shuttle bus makes everything convenient. The airport is only about 20 minutes away.
The only small thing I missed was a birthday gesture in the room, especially since my birthday fell on Singapore’s National Day. For a hotel of this category, a little surprise would have been lovely.
Still, everything else was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. The value for money is truly impressive.

No Clear Strength to this Hotel
Based on our stay Aloft Singapore was not bad, but I struggle to find circumstances where I would want to come back. First of all they have a massive number of rooms in this hotel, nearly 800, so it's not exactly quiet and personal. Second, I believe they only have 4 suites so an upgrade as per Bonvoy elite status is probably a pipe dream. Also the location is not exactly ideal. For those reasons, if I had a long stay in Singapore I would not pick this hotel.
For a short layover from the airport it's also not close enough to the airport so even if I wanted to avoid Crowne Plaza in Changi to save money (because CP tends to be a bit expensive), Aloft would still not be my choice.
The room was fine but for a budget stay within Marriott hotel chain, I probably prefer Courtyard nearby.

Holiday of a lifetime!
An amazing venue. The food was fabulous, the staff were awesome, and the service was second-to-none. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet - a joy to come back to after a busy day sight-seeing. The gym and pool were well used by us. All all-round excellent adventure - we're already planning on coming back!!

The room is clean and well maintained. It is easy to access to different areas and there are some local eateries.
