FRAUD HOTEL, UNINHABITABLE, REFUSED TO REFUND

Horrible experience. Landed up and found out that hotel is nothing like pics on Agoda. tiny room, Leaky ac, no wifi. Extremely rude and insulting staff behaviour. The room was not at all inhabitable. Had to vacate and book somehwere else at midnight.
BUT AGODA and HOTEL refused to REFUND. SG polics must look into this matter. What a shame for SG tourism. This hotel is daylight fraud.

Third rate scam hotel beware

Third rate scam hotel. Dirty room, leaky ac, no water in bathroom and when we said we want to leave they refused to pay the money back. Someone in SG should complain to the cops

TERRIBLE!

Terrible hotel! Room was so tiny, you had to walk sideways to get around. Cockroaches in the bathroom. No service. Front desk guy was rude. Do NOT go here.

I would not stay here even if you pay me

Night shift staff gives you attitude.
Rooms are mouldy and they smell so bad you cannot even breathe. I have asthma and I could not breathe. I suffered through the night. This hotel is inhabitable and I am going to escalate it. I asked for a refund but they refused. The receptionist told me they never refund and it is better if I ask refund from Agoda. Agoda did nothing.
Wifi poor. Water not really hot.
No soundproof. I could hear the guest next room. Some other guests leave their doors open I guess because they want to get some fresh air but it is noisy. Bed sheets pillow cases blankets are not clean. Floor was full of long hair. I took many photos from different rooms and every room is the same bad. I definitely recommend you sleep at the park under the stars but not here. (If you know what I mean)

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, it was very much below expectations and I ended up having to check out soon after I arrived. The room was very dirty and poorly maintained, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and in the room it smelled like mold and chemicals, and I believe it is incredibly unsafe for anyone to sleep in this type of environment, especially if you have allergies or other conditions. There were also some bugs and mold on the walls. The staff were unfortunately unable to find me another room, and refused to even help me get a refund and were quite rude to me when I simply asked for a clean room. But after I contacted Trip they graciously allowed me to checkout even if they couldn’t give me a refund since the hotel did not respond to their contact, I’m glad Trip was able to help me out and the issue was resolved.
I really hope this hotel can take my review into consideration into how they can improve, it is in a good central location so there is potential, if the rooms were renovated and cleaned it can easily become a better option. I also hope the staff can try to be kinder and more welcoming to guests, as many are coming to Singapore for the first time and a good first impression is always important for a tourism hub.
