Deceiving pictures and descriptions

Location was good however everything else is a disaster. Room had hairs on the floor and bed sheets when I entered. Smell of mold. I booked a deluxe and ask counter what’s the difference since I paid more than the superior rooms. She said it’s all the same. How can it be the same if the price for deluxe is higher. Terrible. There’s a club downstairs so it’s super loud and you won’t be able to sleep. Trance music bursting through the windows and wall. You can also hear every slam of the doors of your neighbors as well. Rooms are mighty small and your shower will be over the toilet. Toilet doesn’t dry at all and moldy. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place period.

Disappointing and Misleading information

The room itself was clean and decent, but unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing because of the check-in arrangement.
I booked this property expecting a regular 3:00 PM check-in, but I only found out that the actual check-in was 10:00 PM, with check-out at 9:00 AM. This was extremely inconvenient and, in my opinion, was not presented clearly enough during the booking process.
For comparison, I have attached screenshots of other Agoda hotel listings that offer the same type of overnight arrangement. For example, The Noble Hotel clearly displays “Check-in 10PM, Check-out 9AM” directly on its listing. This makes the restriction immediately visible to customers before they make a booking.
If this property had provided the same clear and prominent information, I would have known about the 10:00 PM check-in beforehand and I would not have booked it. I believe customers should be given clear information before paying so they can make an informed decision.
What made the experience worse was that I had already been traveling and was expecting to arrive at the hotel, check in, and finally get some proper rest. Instead, I had to wait until 10:00 PM because of a restriction I did not clearly understand when making the booking.
For the price I paid, I don’t think this property is worth it, especially considering that the location is also quite far from where I needed to be.
The room itself is okay, but a nice room cannot make up for unclear booking information. I hope the property and Agoda make the check-in hours much more visible so other travelers don’t experience the same situation.
I strongly recommend checking the check-in and check-out hours very carefully before booking. I feel sorry for other travelers who may experience the same confusion, especially those arriving after a long journey expecting to rest immediately.
This experience could have been completely avoided if the check-in hours had been displayed as clearly as other Agoda properties.

Okay for a night…family room booked for three and ended up in a single bed…two adults and a teenager of 16 that had to sleep together. It is cheap so I got what I paid for.

Good hotel, but not that much.

The location is good to reach all the shopping centres and temples. location is perfect for travellers who will use public transport. The room is okay for a shorter visit. Overall, not much, but I felt the bathroom was a bit small. Staff behaviour is not okay.
