Consistency

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Marina Bay Singapore, thanks to the consistently warm and professional service across the Executive Lounge and various teams. Special appreciation to Hafiz, Benjamin and Mark, who were especially personable and made my visits memorable. The Executive Lounge team — Ashley_John, Sky, Kesh, Aiman, Axl, Xin_Fang, Gerald, Haikal, Ismail, Nurliza, Nicole and Sheinin — all delivered great hospitality.
From the spa and fitness area, Ghaz and Shawn were friendly and welcoming, while James_from_Oscar also provided excellent service.
The room was comfortable, the location convenient, and the food enjoyable. If anything, the breakfast could benefit from a bit more protein variety, as the spread leans carb‑heavy while catering to diverse dietary needs.
Overall, a highly recommended hotel for both travellers and staycations — consistently great service, comfort and experience.

Conrad Singapore Marina Bay - A Very Thoughtful Hotel

The attitude of the staffs in this hotel, from arrival to reception to Executive Lounge, is excellent. I have to mention Jane in Executive Lounge. I love her energy and kindness. She always pay attention to guest’s needs. Kudos.

Exploring Singapore

Great experience at the Conrad Marina Bay. Location is convenient and close to the attractions. Customer service is great. There is a cake/pastry shop inside the hotel that we really enjoyed - if you love cakes or desserts i recommend checking this place out. Huge breakfast selection at the restaurant at the ground floor, we enjoyed it. Our room is spacious and nice view we can actually see the Merlion from our room if we zoom in the camera. The food the executive lounge at night is pretty good too. We are happy with our stay, and will stay here. again whenever we go back to Singapore. Thank you to the amazing Conrad Staff!

Great Hotel

Service was fantastic! Staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Our bellboy Eran was exceptional! So helpful and courteous. Looking forward to returning again very soon!

Not recommended

- Overprice with less facilities than others normal luxury hotels
- not muslim friendly hotel
- Front desk was very slow handling during check in even less 3 ppl
- never come again here, so many options nearby
