Second Stay and to many more :)

Its my second stay in Courtyard. Glad to see familiar faces again. Thank you Sally for your warm welcome to the hotel and for your very kind assistance upon check in.
She is always very smiley and helpful.
Not forgetting Vincent. Thank you for the amenities and the card arranged!
Truly appreciate it!
Will be back again :)

Expensive but good location

Good location if you need to be in novena. I felt it was very overpriced for the standard or the hotel. Pool area has lovely view but is shabby and tired. Only 2 very basic loungers. The free drinks with the exec room the quality is appalling for the wine. Snack also strange. Why not offer in the pool bar for a nice setting! Bathroom door of corner room is also not well thought.
All just seemed a bit hard! Even getting milk for the coffee for the Nespresso machine

If you like a cold fridge in your room then don't stay here.

This hotel is my companies preferred hotel in Singapore and I stay in hotels all over the world, but this hotels fridges are the wirst I've experienced of iver 30 years staying in hotels.
As an engineer, I brought a temp probe along with me and my wine was a horrible 15c onlast visit. The hotel is fine apart from the terrible fridge issue, almost everytime I stay here I complain to frontdesk and they send an engineer but nothing changes. If my company allowed any other hotel in Singapore then I would try them, nothing worse than luke warm drinks from the fridge.

Housekeeping was great delivering stuff we need however we find the morning room cleaning rather erratic and inconsistent:
- when we checked in the shower gel was almost empty
- no replacement of slippers; and if they do replaced, instead of placing inside the wardrobe, they left it on the dirty floor (slippers are packed inside out so which means people have to place their feet into the dirtied side).
- used bath robes were not replaced
- floor mat was not changed one day and left on the ground as we have left it
- amenities like toothbrushes were not replenished
- our toilet roll was already empty, yet the new toilet roll was placed on the holder but just placed on top of the toilet water tank which was dusty and not entirely clean, impossible to use
- suggest to retrain housekeeping staff and standardize cleaning and amenities replacement procedure
Concierge staff - Rajesh is very good.

A bit old but it is a decent hotel for business. Breakfast, facilities, everything was good. Not so many but enough restaurants near the hotel.
