Full marks, warm service, very convenient transportation
The individual has severe sleep apnea and needs to wear a portable ventilator while sleeping.
When I asked the hotel if they had any extra power strips, the staff searched the counter and gave me the only one they had.
This warm attitude towards guest service is very commendable; next time I come to Singapore, I will choose this hotel in Selegie first.
In terms of transportation, it is very close to Little India and Punggol MRT station, and there is a bus stop right at the entrance.
In other aspects, it fits the positioning of a two-star quick-service chain hotel, and in Singapore where space is precious, it is highly recommended for guests whose priority is transportation.

Very polite, kind staffs Celvin and Mala. Celvin helped us unloading our luggages to the taxi when he realized we were not well.
I only put less stars on amenities because the air-conditioner was not working on one day, but they were quick to offer a new room. We were leaving, so we didn't need a new room, but we much appreciated their quick solution and offer.
The hotel is at a fabulous location with full time around the clock staffs. We wish the room could be bigger, but in Singapore space seems to be more scarce.
Overall very satisfied! Thank you Hotel 81!

Great hospitality
Miss Priya provided excellent service, and Calvin and Mala were also very helpful and professional. The check out process was smooth and well handled.
I also like this location because it is convenient. It is easy to find food nearby, and getting to Bugis MRT is also easy.
Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.
