For the money was pretty good. My sink stopper would not unplug but everything else worked good. Breakfast was a little cold by 9:30am. Location is ok. Again for the cheapest place in Singapore. Not bad.

Good value option

Good value for money. The hotel prices in Singapore are very high, so this hotel is a good option for a budget stay. Location is convenient, quick walk to MRT station and only few stops away from city center. Lot of local restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean but small. Interesting and different breakfast in the restaurant next door. We didn't have any issues with noise from the street, we had a deluxe room on the fifth floor on the street side.

Spotless room, lovely bathroom and quiet despite the busy streets below. Great base for exploring the city with good transport links. Breakfast was great. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is clean, modern, with good service and a nice breakfast. This time, I stayed in a room facing the street, and the only downside was that the room had no sound insulation at all. I had seen the hotel’s response to previous reviews mentioning that it’s quiet at night and noisy during the day, but I don’t think that matters — soundproofing is important for a good night’s sleep. I couldn’t sleep at all at night due to the constant sound of traffic. I had read reviews suggesting guests request earplugs from the hotel, which I did, but they didn’t help. In the end, I had to sleep using my AirPods Pro with noise cancellation mode for the two nights I stayed.
I hope the hotel can improve on this. For future guests, I recommend requesting a room that doesn’t face the street. Aside from the lack of soundproofing, everything else about the hotel — including the price and cleanliness — was quite good.
