Close to MRT and lots of bus lines. Easy to get anywhere on the island and lots of food and shopping. The property attracts budget travelers and youth group who can be Rudy in the hallways so ask for room away from these people. Level 2 has no privacy from the street view so keep curtains closed most of the time. Bed in room I was given was hard as a rock and work bench to work on computer chair is also very uncomfortable. Otherwise area is safe and good for budget traveler not looking for luxury accomodation.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, my stay was very disappointing.
The room I was given had no windows, and only one room key was provided. Because of that, the air conditioning turned off when I went out, and when I returned the room was extremely humid and smelled like sewage.
The bathroom layout was also very poor. There was no separation between the shower and the toilet, so after taking a shower the entire bathroom floor, including the toilet area, was completely soaked. The bath mat became so wet it was heavy.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

Can’t recommend IBIS until the bed issue is fixed. It was just about like sleeping on a board.

Stayed the 19th & 20th of December, and would stay again if the bed was comfortable. It appears to be only a box spring, where a thick mattress topper might solve the problem. Otherwise, one must endure a bad night sleep from aches and pains of laying on a hard surface.

The check-in staff were helpful & friendly on 23Nov. However the toilet was leaky & the noise disturbed our sleep. The hotel was informed on the next morning but nothing changed & got worse with frequent flushing noise till we left on 26 Nov. Every night sleep was bad.
