I had such a great time at KINN Habitat. The capsules are spacious, well equipped and incredibly comfortable. The common areas are super clean and the terrace is absolutely amazing. Bonus point for the cafe downstairs, their croissants are delicious. The staff was friendly and super super helpful. My favourite thing was the location, literally walking distance to pretty much everything. 10/10 recommended, I’d love to stay at KINN again!

Amazing location, clean and aesthetic room!

It’s located right in the heart of town - close to fitness studios/ cafes/ shopping places. Absolutely love this space! I had the opportunity to book out the whole dorm of 6 capsules for a little privacy, and it was so much fun! This is your sign to do the same if you have a lil friends or family trip plan. It’s like a huge sleepover party! The space was so clean and aesthetic. There’s also light bites offered in the morning and you can chill at the open space/ do your work.

Capsule room is very comfortable, though i got the lower deck so is much more convenient getting in and out. Bed and toilet very clean. No breakfast provided, just some drinks and biscuits available at their common area. Would love to go back again!

Overall, Kinn Habitat was good for a short stay in Singapore. It gets the job done and is a safe stay with convenient location, but I wanted to highlight where they can improve.
The biggest downside to staying here, was the wet, humid smell inside of the rooms. They don't really have anywhere ideal to hang up your towel that it can dry properly so the rooms get that humid smell and feel. Please invest in dehumidifiers in the rooms.
The next thing that was an inconvenience was the restrooms were uncomfortably hot as they leave the windows open to air them out, and they don't have any shelving to place your clean clothes/towel on. The restrooms were overall clean, but these simple upgrades would make a big difference.
Otherwise, the staff was helpful and responsive, the lobby has a great coffee shop available, and the common area on the 5th flr was very nice with snacks and tea in the morning. 4/5 stars, thank you for an overall good stay in Singapore.

Twice as good!

Love KINN - my second time here and everything was perfect, even I feel like it's better than my first stay because of the familiarity.
They have huge lift, big restroom in cosy room, very comfortable bed as well. Overall recommended for a short trip or longer one in Sg!
