Attentive staff

The gym is very clean and bright with good equipment. This review specially goes out to the attentive staff and especially Alif who saw me trying to figure out one of the equipment. He stayed on n ensured that I was familiar with the equipment and do it in food form before he left. Thank you!

Amazing Anniversary

The hotel is just amazing, we spent a fantastic anniversary there. Especially the time we had in the iconic pool and the skypark!
But what makes the real difference, is the outstanding service from the complete staff!
Special thanks goes to Kris who made our celebration unforgettable.

Incredible everything the service the room was incredibly luxurious and the infinity pool was amazing ! I would like to say that Yvan the bellman was so nice and thoughtful and helped with great kindness.

Memorable stay and staff

Excellent, outstanding and memorable stay at a very luxurious place.
Staff were very welcoming from the entrance, check in with Isaiah, room service, pool staff Aivy, fitness center Roselyn.

Perfect experience at the Infinity Pool

The infinity pool was where we spent the bulk of our time. Lifeguard Ryan was so helpful and friendly, my kids love seeing him every time we visit. He taught us how to wrap our child up safely after his swim, plus encouraged our kids to play and swim safely! Thanks to him, we had an amazing time each visit ❤️
