“Beautiful hotel with an amazing rooftop pool and wonderful service”
The welcome at reception was extremely warm and friendly, and we immediately felt very well looked after. A special mention goes to Mona, who was incredibly kind and helpful. We were also given a room upgrade, which was such a nice gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

best hotel in singapore
I booked this hotel because I was really interested in the pool and the complimentary drink by the poolside.
I arrived at around 11 a.m., and they kindly let me check in early since I had just arrived from Japan. I was so impressed and really appreciated it!
The minibar in the room was also complimentary for the first round, which was such a nice surprise. All of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Katie and Kathavne, who assisted me during my stay, were especially lovely and made me feel very welcome!
It’s such a wonderful hotel, and I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit Singapore! ✨

Fab hotel
We were 30 seconds walk from Raffles Hotel and 20 minutes from Gardens in the Bay.
The room was lovely, clean and felt personal and not run of the mill. Each floor has it's own artistic identity which we loved. The complimentary drink at the hotel rooftop bar was great, especially on a hot Singapore afternoon when you can cool down in the infinity pool
The staff were so helpful and Francis was brilliant with information on the F1 and places of interest as were other team members regarding the Big Bus locations. We hope to return to the hotel again one day xx
