Heavenly Hotel in middle of Singapore City

I had been wanting to stay at Parkroyal Pickering for years and my two night stay exceeded my expectations. Amazing architecture, great location, beautifully designed spaces, comfortable room but best was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff who made me feel like I lived there. Oh …and don’t forget the pool! Heaven.

Excellent services and memorable stay!

My 2 nights stay at the ParkRoyal Pickering was great and wonderful. I enjoyed the rooms and facilities in the property. Location was great too. The team members provided excellent and exceptional services from check-in till end of the stay. Check in was great where the front desk team members ensure that the stay is well taken care of. The COLLECTION lounge is another highlight of the stay. Staffs are always friendly and dedicated in their services. Highly recommended to stay here and thanks to the team for the impeccable services.

Overall good with a shaky start

This is a pleasant hotel in a great location with very good buffet breakfast included (in our rate )
Did not start well as one of our rooms was not available until 5:35pm despite being there at 7am and being told it would be available at official check in time of 3pm. We arrived at 3pm to be told sorry we extended the check out of the people before we will get it turned for you. 2 1/2 hours later it finally was.
They did acknowledge their mistake eventually.

Hospitality at its finest!

This is my second stay at The ParkRoyal on upper Pickering street and it never disappoints! The beautiful architecture, the extremely comfortable and well appointed rooms and the unbeatable breakfast buffet are expected. The one surprise I had on this trip was our doorman, Brent. He helped us upon our arrival and every single time we saw him thereafter, he always addressed us by name. How does he do that?! This was the extra touch of hospitality that will have me coming back again and again. Thank you Brent!
