Amazing stay

The hotel is so luxurious and the accommodations are so great and amazing. I’m glad for your kindness and hospitality John and Ariel. Thank you for helpfulness. Great stay and memorable.

Not as nice as on line and photos. Rooms are big and spacious, but twice we had to ask for room to be made up during our 4 night stay. They came to do them at 5pm!!!
Pool was large and fairly quiet but not kept as clean as it could have been, a lot of leaves. It many sun beds !
No bar area or food served by pool, just a friendly man handing out towels and water.
No bar in the hotel, just one Chinese restaurant which was very nice and very friendly staff.
Would I stay here again, probably not. For the money we paid out for the room, we don’t feel we had value for money.
You have to get shuttle bus to another hotel to get anywhere, no one walks in the 30+ degrees heat.

We picked Equarius Hotel for my child school holiday vacation. Away from the buzz of the city but close to all the recreation around sentosa.
We stayed in the deluxe Garden room that comes with a huge balcony. The latter allows my child to play all sorts of outdoor games. For the same price elsewhere in singapore, the room will probably be one third the size of this.
A shuttle bus brings us around resort world sentosa compound. The outdoor pool is huge!
Special mention is Betty who made everything seamless and wonderful. She replied my email promptly regarding the check in process and went out of the way to ensure all our concerns were allayed numerous times during the stay.

Not the best vacuum cleaning in the rom, but after ask for one more round it was better

Hotel is a little dated but room was large and the in-room complimentary drinks are much appreciated. However, service crew in hotel needs more training. Breakfast for kids under 4 are chargeable which is a downer, especially given how little kids eat. They are just trying squeeze profit wherever they can.
