Kind and helpful staff, with one safety concern during our stay
During check-in, Mr. Tizzy assisted us with excellent Japanese and exceptional kindness. His warm and thoughtful service made a wonderful first impression, and our family felt very welcomed.
I would like to share one concern for future improvement. Late at night, two individuals came to our door with an unclear explanation, and the security chain on the door was not functioning. As we were traveling with a child, the unexpected visit made us feel uneasy. We did not open the door, and nothing happened, but ensuring proper door security and clearer communication would help guests feel safer.
Overall, the hospitality from the staff we met at check-in was truly excellent, and we appreciated their kindness. I hope the hotel continues to strengthen its safety procedures, as we would be happy to return in the future.

Thank You, Genevre!
I had a wonderful 5 night, 6 day stay at Hotel Ora, and one of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional service from Genevre, one of the concierge team members.
Genevre was incredibly attentive throughout my stay. She always seemed to notice when I needed help and was genuinely proactive in making sure everything was taken care of.
On one occasion, I accidentally left my iPad at an ice cream shop (Sundae…). Genevre kindly helped me contact the shop and coordinated everything to help me get it back. On another day, I accidentally left my camera tripod on a buggy. Once again, she went above and beyond to help track it down and even personally brought it all the way to my room.
What impressed me most was not simply that she helped but the genuine care, attention to detail, and dedication she showed every time. I have stayed at many hotels but I honestly cannot remember meeting someone who was this thoughtful and committed to taking care of guests.
In my opinion, Genevre deserves to be recognized as an outstanding employee. Her service truly made my stay more comfortable and memorable.
Thank you sincerely, Genevre, for everything you did. Your kindness and dedication are deeply appreciated. I was very impressed with the hospitality and would absolutely love to come back and stay here again.

Great location. Rooms were big. Would have been good to have some outdoor furniture on balcony to enjoy the outdoor view, but all in all very great place to stay

Free filtered water and all the drinks in the bar is also free and gets refilled daily. Staff were very nice and courteous and the location is walking dostance to metro to get to vivo city as well as universal singapore
