We were very disappointed at first not to get a Mountain View. Mountain View’s correspond with 2 queen size beds and the king size beds get a wonderful courtyard view with trees a fountain walkways and benches as well as the Pueblo hotel motif with wooden ladders and Vegas. The view in the distance is of the volcanos. Beautiful sunsets.
So our disappointment turned to enjoyment of the room extend by the balcony. We never asked to move for a Mountain View after thinking that was what we have to have.

When I booked the room
It said view of the mountains with a king size bed . The front desk said there are no rooms with a king bed with a view of the mountains. The front deck said it is a mistake on the web site
The desk said there are only queen beds facing the mountains. There are 4 floors facing the mountains .I checked in at 4:30pm checked out the same day at 11:30pm . I think the front desk was not telling the truth

The room as a whole was okay. The floors were absolutely disgusting though, I had to wear socks when walking around the room or else my feet would be black with dirt. The shower was incredibly small and uncomfortable to stand in as well as the drain not working properly. The shower head in my room was also not properly installed to the wall. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel until they up their cleaning habits and maintain proper cleanliness standards and general maintenance.

The Starbucks staff was understaffed every morning. Breakfast lines were long and they kept missing items we ordered.
