The room held moisture and smelt of mildew. The bathroom door at the bottom is fraying at the bottom like water damage. There were stains on the walls.

Our room smelled like mildew, was too late to request room change. 1st floor look and smelled like it's been through a flood. Smell was horrible.

After waiting for over 30 minutes to get checked in because no one was at the front desk, when I finally entered my room it smalled absolutely horrific like mildew or mold or water damage, I left after 3 minutes.

Room had dirty linens and unmade bed. Mold was growing in the bathroom and in the bathtub. Surprised that they have not been shut down with the condition of this room.

The front desk took like about 30 minutes to come to the window, then said he couldn’t find my reservation, asked me for my ID and then when he was done he THREW it back at me. They went into the room once out of the 3 nights we stayed. And didn’t leave replacement towels, they took the used ones and left us with nothing. Luckily I had brought one from home.
