Absolutely amazing
This was the best bed and breakfast we have ever been to. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the owner and his family are by far so kind and really do care about the people if you get the chance you have to go stay and eat at there restaurant Thee Abby best food around.

Local GEM!! Must stop.
I’m a local and I avoided this space for years basically because it was “trying.” BUT the new owners or the new cook, who knows… is knocking this out of the park!!!!! I’m so serious. It is becoming my favorite hangout. GREAT WAIT STAFF!! Exceptional craft beer selection! The food is literally gourmet (and I am very picky) am grateful to have a local GEM!! For real the best burgers you can buy ANYWHERE.

Worst hotel we have ever been
***Stay away from this place and save your money***
It was the worst hotel we have ever been
We paid 133 $ for one night while we were visiting elephant rocks state park, and we had a horrible experience
After we checked in, we found out the toilet lacks door
and AC was so noisy , some lights and TV were not working.
I went down and spoke with the staff. I was told all rooms are fully booked as they had a wedding and asked me to call the 3rd part I booked through
I booked this via capital one travel portal and spoke with them, and decided to stay because it was late
We were surprised that someone knocks on our room door at 10:30 pm so aggressively, and the person defines himself as owner of the hotel , he spoke in inappropriate loud way without any respect to other residents who were sleeping at such late time including my wife who waked up so afraid
He came, and instead of apologizing to us for all this inconvenience, he is an argumative person and so proud that all his rooms lack doors between room and toilet. he said that the noise of AC is normal !!
He questioned why you requested a refund !! I explained that I told Capital One that I was going to stay as it was late, he kept arguing after this.
I never met in my entire life, such an uncultured rude hotel owner. He wants to force people to accept his missy hotel instead of fixing the problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
I had photos and a video to show the noise of the AC and room condition but was not able to upload video here but I uploaded them to Yelp.
It is his responsibility as a hotel owner to ensure that the room is working well and fix all these before customer checks in.
I don't recommend this place to anyone. It is a so old hotel that lacks maintenance
Unless it was late and my wife was tired, I would leave to another place.

An absolute delight!
This place is incredible! We spent 2 nights in the bed and breakfast. It was wonderful! The owners are fantastic. This compound is an absolute delight. It has been many things including a girls home, women’s college, and nuns home. The accommodations were clean and refreshing. The place is full of antiques and memorabilia. I absolutely loved it. There is a restaurant on site that has incredible food at a great price. The meals were delicious. My group spent 2 nights and wished we could have spent more. We even received a private tour of the complex. We will definitely be back!!

Incredible stay, dining & experience! More than just a B&B.
The bed was extremely comfortable and a couples got bath the perfect remedy for a sore body! The history of Arcadia Academy is mind blowing. Take a tour of the campus and you’ll fall in love! Dinner, ice cream, bakery, breakfast was all made from scratch on site and delicious! We can’t wait to go home and tell everyone we know to come visit! We will definitely return!
