Excellent customer service, everyone I spoke with seemed friendly and helpful. Shout out to Erick at the front desk who tirelessly answered my many questions. The amazing staff that helped me replace my feathered pillows because of my allergies. Room was clean, I have extreme allergies so it was important that dustmites were not present! Parking garage was tight but that is to be expected in the area. First time staying here, will not be my last.

Great hotel nearby to D.C.
I spent just under a week at the Hilton Arlington in November 2025.
My friend and I were greeted at the desk by two friendly gentlemen who checked us in and being thanksgiving, advised us of the special meal taking place in the restaurant that evening. We were allocated a twin room on the 5th floor. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large with a shower/tub combo and a lot of bench space which was perfect for two people. The restaurant staff were friendly and served us a thanksgiving dinner special that was being offered that night. Located past the restaurant is the Lounge space for eligible members, we had breakfast there and it was well stocked. We parked a rental car for a few nights, the price of the parking was about the average for hotels in the area. Parking is located under the hotel building complex. Staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, even assisting in trying to find us a rental car after the company we originally tried to hire through could not honour the reservation.
Arrival was by Amtrak into Union Station, taking the metro via Metro Center to Ballston-MU Station which is located right next to the hotel (the station also features a bus interchange). The Silver Line runs to this station which connects to Dulles Airport, so perfect if arriving from there. If coming from Regan National, you will need to change but it is still fairly accessible.
Surrounding the hotel you'll find many restaurants and bars, as well as convenience stores and pharmacies. I found the area surrounding the hotel is fairly walkable.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, with transport right at the door and lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Staff are really friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Will happily stay here again the next time I am in the area.

The front desk was SUPER FRIENDLY ...PATIENT...AND HELPFUL
The room was immaculate...The room has a Microwave and coffee setup. The room is huge. The shower is amazing! I wanted to take the mattress home. The Breakfast was FIRST CLASS...super filling and professionally setup. I RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO individuals, single persons on a business trip to a family on a vacation to Arlington. Did I mention... all of this for less than $180.00 per night? Well, I just did!

We really enjoyed our stay recently. The room was very clean and was actually the same price as the chain hotels we stay at. Garage parking was convenient but, as reviews said, is a little tight. There is a restaurant on site, no free breakfast but there's also IHOP across the street. The Metro is right below the hotel...very convenient! Will stay here again.

One thing I did not like about as I’m pretty sure they told me Parking included. I ended up paying $54 for two nights for a parking garage everything else but that was OK.
