Wonderful Stay!!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Wonderful people, food, atmosphere. So quiet. And Jameera was extraordinarily kind, helpful and an absolute pleasure. Wish everyone was as kind as her!!

The reviews I read were true. Excellent valet staff upon arrival, desk staff were always friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping staff was the best! Great hotel in a very walkable area with restaurants, bars, shopping and lots of history.

This room was for my daughter and her friend. They loved it. My daughter’s friend said this was the best sleep she had all summer. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks myself.

The view from our room was magnificent...it all went down hill from there. The room was ordinary, Hampton Inn-ordinary. There was a single sink, with cramped toiletries' space. The shower was very nice, but the water pressure so low, you couldn't get a shower effect, let alone a "rain forest." The furniture was pretty--stylish in a 1950s sort of way, but so uncomfortable that even sitting for a few moments to enjoy the sunset was soon too uncomfortable to continue. The "canopy" was an interesting gimmick, but used a foot of the limited space. Parking was a jaw-dropping $55 daily. Were we within walking distance of much of what we wanted to see? Yes. Did we play pool or sit by the roaring fireplace (yep, roaring fire, even when it was 98 degrees outside)? No. Were the people friendly? Yes. Were we looking for a bargain? No. Did we expect more? Yes. Would we do it again? No. No, we would not.

I appreciate the positive feedback you shared about the views and the team members; they are probably the two most heralded aspects of the Canopy Baltimore experience. I'm sorry to hear that the aesthetics didn't meet your expectations for comfort. It is never our intention to provide one at the expense of the other. Although that feedback it tough hear, it's still valuable.
Regarding parking - Baltimore's Harbor Point neighborhood commands a premium compared to some other areas of the city, but I recognize that doesn't make the number sting any less. For reference, we're priced in the middle of competing hotels; our location is very walkable, which saves time and money on finding street parking in the neighborhood. Your feedback is a reminder that we must continue to assess how to create the most value for our travelers in every aspect of the experience.
