Just returned!

Reception has 6 desks. Only 2 are working and self check ins are mostly closed. The wait time is around 35 min during week days.
Rooms are super clean. Location is convenient.
Breakfast is overpriced. There should be more options. Also breakfast coffee/beverage service is super slow. We were able to get coffee after our breakfast finished.
Stuff is very sweet and helpful. Animation team is incredible!

She was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Made our dining experience GREAT. Answered all of our questions and checked on us regularly. She is a GREAT addition to the GREAT WOLF PACK. Thank you Stephanie for helping make this vacation one to remember!!!!

Nit really

Experience was good. Was mainly for kids. I have older teens. I paid for my trip through Groupon. Paid for the food and dining package when I got there. Paid for the 100 per night for deposit total 300. Paid for the 80 parking fee. Yet, they keep trying to charge my card for 137. When they are supposed to take it out of the 300 I Paid for deposit. Good thing my card is frozen.

Her customer service is excellent. She is so kind and attentive to my young family and we are so grateful she's helping make our visit that much more memorable. My boys look for her at every activity we do!

They people working were amazing. Our hotel room wasn’t the best. Toilet wouldn’t flush at times, the carpet could have been redone and it had seen it better days and then our hideaway bed was broken. The pool and game room wasn’t amazing.
