From the moment we were greeted by Rudy the doorman and throughout the stay; the entire staff was kind, courteous and professional. The area felt safe and had the added security of needing a key card to access your floor. The valet parking was on the expensive side but was efficient. If in the area again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

The location is right next to Boston Commons which makes it easy to drop ur stuff and enjoy the city

Amazing door staff

We turned up to the wrong AKA hotel in Boston but the door staff couldn’t have been more helpful unloading and reloading our family baggage. A shout out to Rudy who took everything with a smile and got us to the right AKA hotel.
And AKA Boston Common also keeps up the high standards we’ve come to enjoy at AKA.

Room had no full length mirror, no closeup mirror, and lighting was dark. Fitness center had no room for mat work. Otherwise we were very comfortable. Location was terrific for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable.
