The view in my balcony is beautiful. Hot tub is also work well. Just the door handle is a little bit stuck.

We stay here consistently when i visit my daughter in Boulder City. It’s the perfect location near her home. It’s always clean and the staff is always very friendly

Beautiful location! Amazing price for location! Clean! Spacious! The staff were super helpful! Was very quiet and relaxing! Family loved it! I loved it!!!

Clean room. Continental breakfast. Helpful staff. Did our laundry. It was close to Hoover Dam.

I was not expecting the Marriott, so this hotel was exactly what I was expecting. It was small, simple, and offered easy access to the Hoover Dam, which was why I chose to stay here. The staff was very nice, especially the night-time associate. Breakfast was a continental fare, which was perfectly fine and exactly what was advertised.
As for negatives, you literally cannot stand in the bathroom and open or close the door. I know that bathroom doors need to swing inward, but the room was too small for that. Secondly, the hotel was not packed, but somehow, despite arriving very late the night before, the cleaning crew tried entering the room at 7:00AM, which was terrifying. I'm not sure how it was not communicated that we were in one of the few occupied rooms.
Despite this, in similar circumstances, I would stay there again. They were working on the room next to us, and it was boarded up. Therefore, noise was not an issue on that side!
