This property is truly beautiful. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. The winery and vineyard was amazing. Tried all the restaurants on the property all were great. Will definitely visit again.

The front desk was great. Food and beverage was awful. We waited almost 20 minutes to get a drink at the golf course restaurant. The bartenders were rude. The egg rolls came out raw. The Irish pub had multiple health code violations including the manager cutting citrus and hen bussing tables. Sticking her hand in dirty glasses and then continued cutting fruit without washing her hands. The pool bar could not make a simple drink to lack of product. Versailles closed the restaurant at 730 pm because they wee understaffed. You could not even order a drink at the bar. Louis the bourbon bar closed from 7 pm to 10 pm due to lack of staffing. When it reopened, the food and beverage director, Jinda was drunk at the bar. She was not helpful or empathetic to the other situations throughout the day. Really bad look for her to be drinking at the bar with friends when we had to go offsite for dinner. Would not reccomend and we will never return.

I have visited Château Élan several times over the years and have always had a positive experience, so I was especially disappointed with this most recent stay. We came for a long weekend expecting the relaxing, elevated experience we’ve enjoyed in the past, but unfortunately, the service throughout the property was well below the standard I associate with Château Élan.
During our stay, we visited three different restaurants on the property. Two appeared to be significantly understaffed and were out of several key menu items. Tables remained uncleared for extended periods, and on one occasion, we waited more than 45 minutes for our food. These weren’t isolated issues, they became a recurring theme throughout the weekend.
I completely understand that restaurants can occasionally be short-staffed or run out of an item, but when you are staying at a resort of this caliber, you expect a certain level of service and preparation. Unfortunately, the combination of long waits, unavailable menu items, and lack of attention to basic service made what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend feel frustrating instead.
As a repeat guest, I know Château Élan is capable of providing a much better experience because I’ve experienced it firsthand. That is what made this visit so disappointing. I sincerely hope this was an isolated weekend and that management addresses the staffing and service issues, because this stay simply did not live up to the Château Élan experience I’ve come to expect.

I had a wonderful time at the winery with Kai, she was so helpful and so sweet. She made our experience amazing, you can tell that she loves what she does, she was so knowledgeable and felt like family.
