Everything was up to it's standards. The morning cook Angela was the most positive and respectful young lady. I appreciate her every morning my children and came down for breakfast. The hospitality that was giving was amazing. My family and I will be back for another weekend stay.

Stay was double charged for visit.

I have been doubled billed from the hotel. They told me the reason for the double billing was since the charge for my 6/21 stayed debited by Trip Advisor was not passed on to the hotel. I have used Trip Advisor for several trip and may have to make other arrangements if the credit is not passed along. I have never had any problem but I am very disappointed since my credit card was charged June 9 , 2026. Please advise about any refunds that I should receive for the double billing. Very disappointed in this decision.

Great Hotel

We almost did not stay here due to the bad reviews, but we have now stayed here twice. The hotel is new, modern and very clean the staff was wonderful. I would have no reservations at all about staying here. We have also states next door at the Holiday Inn Express and prefer the Hampton Inn.

Cleanliness issues / Less than stellar staff

This was a nice hotel, but it has slipped.
Customer service, except for the youngest employee left to handle my subsequent room cleans, was terrible. This was after the main housekeeping (who, by the morning, was also a front desk person... and botched my checkout process).
Acted as if you were an inconvenience to them when checking in and the room wasn't ready... then attempted to clean it, only to find the sheets still stained (blood/brown/yellow stains and hair on toilet, sink, and shower) all three times after 2 hours. Long day for a traveler. The manager still has not followed up after staff said they noted it for follow-up.

Life threatening

Do not use this hotel, they threatened my life and the manager nor corporate cares. They called police on me when l complained then lied about what happened
