Amazing hotel in a great location
We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful when checking in and checking out. It was also helpful the have bag storage.
The location was perfect. Just across the road from milenium park, 5 minutes from the river walk and close to the train station for the air port.
Our room was fantastic, the bed was large and comfortable with everything we needed. The shower was hot and powerful. The blinds made the room pitch black but they were quite noisy and we could hear other rooms closing their blinds.
The room was amazing value and we would definitely stay here again

I was very disappointed with our overall stay. Our room was located directly in front of the elevators, and when we asked if we could move to a different location, the hotel staff explained that rooms with two queen beds are located in front of the elevators on every floor. While we understood that this may have been the only option, the constant noise and foot traffic made the location less than ideal.
On our first night, we were extremely jet-lagged and our next-door neighbors were playing very loud music late into the night. We contacted the front desk to make a noise complaint. We could hear security speaking with our neighbors and telling them that the music was “not really that loud,” which made us feel as though our complaint was being exaggerated or dismissed. I found this response very unprofessional and would have expected our concerns to be handled more respectfully.
We also had issues connecting to the TV in our room. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, they directed us to IT. However, IT told us they were unable to help and sent us back to the front desk. The back-and-forth was frustrating and ultimately left the issue unresolved.
While the hotel is in a convenient location, the issues we experienced significantly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, based on our overall experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great staff assistance. Very clean room & common spaces! The bed was comfortable & breakfast wasn't bad. I'll be back for sure!

Nice hotel with a particularly friendly and helpful front desk. Something about the interactions with them just made the impression a little extra on the plus side.

Property and front desk staff were great! But when we left out of our room for the day and came back, our things had been moved and we realized that some prescription drugs we left out had been taken and it had to be when housekeeping came in to clean. I dont like the fact that my things were touched at all because to my knowledge, housekeeping is not supposed to touch personal items when cleaning!
