To be an older property it was well kept and clean. Most importantly, it was QUIET. My wife and I had been awake for 32 hours and drove to visit her brother who was ill at UTMB. We both passed out and slept like babies- no issues and would stay here again if in town.

Wouldn’t choose to stay here again over other places in Conroe. TV didn’t work, towel left on back of door from previous guest housekeeping missed, no breakfast so really no amenities worth booking for. Beds were very uncomfortable and staff was ok. It was fine for a night but I won’t stay again and I visit Conroe monthly

It was a nice clean functional room for a good price. The light over the icemaker was out and the staff was not warm, but she was efficient. The room itself was really good.

I have stayed at this motel for several years. It is always been clean and well maintained as it still is. At this stay the pillows were terrible. It felt like I was sleeping on a rock and now my neck and shoulders hurt. Please invest in new pillows. I’ll be back in September.

Staff was friendly, helpful. Girl up front got us towels 1 eve & was apologetic. It was clean initially, but more like MOTEL rather than a HOTEL/SUITES. Not really any amenities. The Continental style supposed breakfast was closed. TV kept having issues/No signal so kept having to have someone come fix it. Even though we were supposed to have full room clean, the room wasn't cleaned for 2 days. Finally the Mngr/owner(when they returned after 2 days being gone) brought new towels & changed bedding. We were told they are short staffed for cleaners. They were cleaning ALL A/C units in parking lot, so they had to pull it out of the room for awhile
