Amazing hotel. Staff is unbelievable. Definitely recommend! Wonderful amenities and great location. Perfect hotel.

Quite disappointing

I arrived to a dirty room. There was a large stain on the center of the floor. A lady trying to sell candy came and obnoxiously knocked on my door every morning and would not leave until she inconvenienced me over and over to tell her time after time no thanks and please do not come back. The biggest disappointment is that I was scammed and charged hundreds of dollars and was given the run around about it. I was given multiple different reasons from multiple people. When I called for the manager I was told they dont have one and that there was nothing that they can do. I asked for a number to call a corporate office and they told me they don't have a corporate office and that they are privately owned. I asked who could help me and they continued to state there is no one and there is nothing that we can do. Beware of this. Not worth the headache. I had to really fight with my credit card on this one. I dont want anyone else to have to deal with this hassle and stress.

Stayed a couple times… this place is great! Ask for my guy Lance Lashley. He’s the Bell Captain. Such a great guy!

The Village rocks!

I had a fabulous time at The Village Drey Hotel! The amenities are great and the staff are incredibly helpful! Lance Lashley with Guest Services goes out of his way to help guests! Highly recommend

Would Recommend

Our experience at the Drey is always great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is nice next to so many things to do! There’s a cafe, bodega, restaurants, bar, pool, pickleball, sand volleyball and more. There’s atmosphere is very welcoming. Special shot out to Lance for going above and beyond with his friendliness and eagerness to help with our luggage.
