The room was clean and the bathroom was too. It was super comfortable and renovated. We stayed in different locations since we were on a road trip, and none of them disappointed us. I totally recommend it!

The staff do not make concessions for the guests. The park equipment in front of the elevator for their convenience, not considering the guests needs. It was also during check out hours. Also, the housekeeping staff are impolite.

Meh. Room good, but a charge for everything that almost all other hotels provide guests for free?

The room was nice and the housekeepers were, too. But this hotel -
which was around $240 for one night (the best and lowest rate) - does not provide even a bottle of water or anything at all for snacks or breakfast (even though I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member). Everything is an extra charge. Hardly what I consider welcoming to guests.

We understand your concerns regarding the pricing and the lack of complimentary items such as bottled water, snacks, or breakfast. As a Courtyard by Marriott, our brand operates a bit differently than some other Marriott brands. We feature our Bistro, which offers freshly prepared food and beverages, including Starbucks coffee, available for purchase rather than as complimentary offerings. That said, we recognize how this can feel less welcoming, especially when expectations differ, and we truly appreciate you sharing that perspective.
Your feedback is important to us, and we will take it into consideration as we continually look for ways to enhance the guest experience. We do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide a stay that better meets your expectations.

We just had the overnight stay - went to bed early and left early the next morning. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very courteous.

Hotel near convention center

Hotel was clean, convenient to convention center and restaurants. Room I had 129 was clean comfortable. Bathroom was great and lived the shower (non tub) was roomy. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed it was not comfortable onsite to other courtyards or Marriott branded hotel of this level ( Spring Hill, Fairfield etc).
