Room was clean but had a musty smell. Not unbearable but annoying. Air and heat worked ok. Just need to air out the rooms and not cover up the musty smell with deodorizer. Price was reasonable.

In the summer time, it takes the room a while to cool off when u first get in there. Pool was clean. The room was pretty clean. There was a sock behind the dresser and a bottle cap and a cigarette butt under the table. The house keepers were very nice. And the rest of the staff was nice. It’s hot in the hallway. I wish there was more to do that the pool, cuz it did rain a few days that I was there, and the main reason I went there was for the pool.

The rudeness by the young desk clerk was off-putting. Other than that, it was a pretty good room and the other staff was very friendly.

This property is utterly disgusting. The room was filthy. Mismatched furniture, horrible paint job, broken light fixtures. The entire property needs to be condemned and closed.

Very bad customer service and manager or owner. Whoever the older lady was had the weird eyes nicest way I can put it. She is a very rude bad word she come running out of the hotel room at 10 AM long story short she made me pay for my 13-year-old son who was tall with a small massage because she was 100% sure he was a grown man and me being eight hours away from home. I had no birth records to prove he was a child got woke up at 2 AM with bedbugs bites which I am in talks with attorney about this also my air conditioner barely worked. The room stayed 78° the entire time we were there and it was almost 90 in Dexter. The shower hardly had any hot water and they allowed for somebody to be cooking in the fire alarm went off screaming at night when I went to front desk they said oh it’s OK. It’s just somebody cooking like it was OK that in the middle of the night someone’s cooking waking up other guests absolutely terrible experience. Never will. I stay here again and I did stay there quite often when my mother was first diagnosed with cancer, but during that time I was hardly ever at the hotel. The hotel was pretty much somewhere for me just to store my stuff why I was at the hospital step in and sleep for a couple hours and back out never had an actual full stay until this past time and never again will i again.
