Great Hotel, but Staff is Still Being Trained
Had a 2 night stay here. Fairly new hotel that we hadn't stayed in yet. Over roughly 10 years, we've stayed at most every other hotel in Dickson, and decided to give this one a try.
Room furniture and such were in great condition due to being newer. Our 1 bedroom suite had plenty of space. Once settled in and unpacked, we found that one light didnt work, and neither of the two TV's would come on. Maintenance guy came up to fix the light, and then told us that due to a storm a few days earlier, there was no TV satellite service nor was there any WI-FI. Not that this would've been a deal breaker, but, we should've been notified of this at check-in. If we had young kids w/ us, this might've been more of an issue.
The outdoor pool was kinda small, but, the temp was just right. Not freezing! No towels; had to go to front desk to get some.
Breakfast food was ok, but, the tiny containers that hold the food, along w/ the lids and tongs were a pain to use. Just do breakfast like Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites!
Free parking. Lots of restaurant choices within a mile or 2 down the road. A couple within walking distance.
Would I stay here again on my next trip to Dickson? Yes; if I can actually watch TV during any down time of my stay, and if they recognize Hilton members like most every other Hilton property does; free bottles of water, and snacks at check-in.
If not, theres plenty of other options in town.
The lady that checked me in was clearly new; she mentioned it while I was standing there. The female manager seemed a little late w/ the towels, and she had little knowledge of the outdoor firepit. A little more training would definitely help.

No internet or tv due to storm damage the week before. Also had water leak the flooded the halls of our floor and was running 4 loud dehumidifier's in our hallway nonstop. Was told they would take something off the price or give us bonus rewards points, which we do
Not belong too. Breakfast was poor with the only thing good was waffle maker with broke 2xs while down there. Did have bacon and sausage, no eggs and no cream cheese for bagels. And we got 0 discount

Super Clean, Friendly & Homey
From check-in with Shaina and Penny to check-out this lovely H2S was terrific. We were made so welcome & it seemed folks catered to our every need. It is one of the best stays we have ever had. Thank you so much!

The beds are comfy, the pool looked nice but we didn't get to use it was too cold. It's in a good location with plenty of food choices. To be a new hotel it was kinda dirty in the lobby. Our room floors and bathtub was dirty no trash bag in the bathroom trash can. The breakfast was horrible.

This is a new property so they are just getting started. Everything was clean and new which was nice. Convenient location and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were quite surprised that the sheets in a Hilton hotel were polyester and the pillows felt like you were sleeping on a balloon so it wasn’t the most comfortable night’s sleep. We did enjoy the kitchen and extra living space for our 8 night stay.
