Room was very clean and nice, only thing is possibly bring your own shampoo, just in case the ones supplied in the bathroom room are empty

The rooms are a decent size no complaints with that. It’s the overall cleanliness. My eyes I see a lot of dirt in different places. The curtains had stains, so did the bathroom walls and around the shower heads and curtains rod holders. They need a serious upgrade with the rooms and walls.

We had requested a handicapped assistance room. My husband uses a walker. The huge bathtub was 2 feet high with a small grab bar on one side, unreachable from the tub. No way he could get in there. There was no handheld shower, only stand under type.
At breakfast there was no juice or oatmeal and they ran out of coffee for at least 15 minutes.
Beds were comfortable!
Don't go on a holiday or weekend-it's next door to a water park. A very busy hotel in a high traffic area.

Call before you go

Someone messed up my reservation. Either Priceline or the hotel. I booked a room that sleeps 6 and got one that sleeps 4. When asking Rae at the front desk she was very short and rude. She blamed it on booking.com (I used Priceline). When showing her what it said on Priceline she tried to explain the Tiera but it didn’t make sense. Then stated she could upgrade me for a fee but there wasn’t any rooms available and the rooms didn’t have a pull out couch. So u don’t see how that would have solved anything. She kept talking over me. She gave me a pull away for free but I still needed one more. She made me pay for the second one. When the guy arrived with the bed he ran over my foot. When we called for more towels Rae stated we needed to put the old ones out before they gave new ones but we were 6 people with only 3 towels. Everything was a headache since check in.

Very nice. Bathroom fans are loud.

My daughter and I had a nice stay. We were very comfortable but the only inconvenience is how loud the bathroom fans are. She is autistic and sound sensitive and still insists on turning the light on because she also visually stims. It was sort of a struggle and I noticed that we could hear the fans turning on in rooms around us too. Just something that could be improved.
